1. Purpose of use of personal information

The Company acquires and uses personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes.

  • To perform information-related services entrusted by customers and to communicate regarding such services.
  • To contact business partners for the performance of contracts concluded with them, or for meetings and other communications related to such contracts.
  • To provide information about our services, distribute email newsletters, notify you of seminars hosted or co-hosted by the Company, and conduct surveys.
  • To manage member information for services and websites operated by the Company.
  • To manage employee information for personnel administration.
  • To manage information of job applicants for recruitment and selection activities.
  • For interviews related to in-house development projects and development projects of business partners, we may receive engineers’ skill sheets, resumes, and other materials.

    Regarding disclosable personal information held by the Company, we will promptly respond to requests for disclosure, notification of the purpose of use, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, and suspension of provision to third parties.     When requesting disclosure, if we cannot confirm your identity, we may ask you to submit identification documents as proof of identity (or proof of your authority as an agent).
    For requests for disclosure, please note that a fee of JPY 1,000 (excluding tax) will be charged. Please send the fee by registered mail.
